Roland Tureaud Sr. is a native of Dallas, TX and has been a resident for the last 31 years. He came to trust Jesus as Lord and Savior as a child and accepted his call to preach at the age of 22. Roland was called to the gospel ministry and licensed on April 8, 2012, under the leadership of Dr. Karry D. Wesley, Founding Pastor of Antioch Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church.
Roland currently serves as Director of Family Ministry and Outreach at Harvest Fellowship Baptist Church. He oversees the Nursery, Children, and Student ministries as well as Harvest’s Engage Our City outreach ministries under the leadership of Dr. Ed Johnson III. Roland also works at OurCalling as the Men’s Care Minister.
As a passionate preacher and teacher of the Gospel, Roland thoroughly enjoys ministering to people of all walks of life. His mission is to continue ministering to those in Desoto and the surrounding areas who need to hear the word of God.
Roland is a recent graduate of Cedar Valley Community College, where he received his Associates of Arts. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Christian Ministries at Dallas Baptist University. Roland’s proudest accomplishment is marrying the love of his life Aretha, and being the father of three children, Maya, Makayla, and Roland Jr.
